Cookie Policy
Version 1.0 — 4 September 2026
This website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. That is why there is no cookie banner. One element does connect to a third party, and only after you click it yourself: the Google map at the bottom of the page.
This is a translation for convenience. The Dutch version is the binding text.
What this site stores
Nothing. No cookies, no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB, no pixels and no fingerprinting. That list is deliberately complete: Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive govern storing information on, and gaining access to, your device, whatever the technique. “We use no cookies, only localStorage” is therefore not a defence, and it does not arise here either.
The fonts, photographs, logo and script on this site are served from our own domain. On an ordinary visit your browser makes no connection to any external server.
The one exception: the Google map
The contact section holds no map, but an image with a button. The Google map is loaded only when you press that button. At that moment your IP address and browser details go to Google and Google sets its own cookies. The button says so beforehand, so the choice is yours.

If you do not press that button, nothing is loaded and nothing is set. Optimus Massage receives no data from the map and has no influence over what Google stores.
Giving consent and withdrawing it
Your click on the button is the consent. That consent is recorded nowhere, and precisely because of this, withdrawing is as easy as giving:
- press “Hide the map” below the map, and the map is removed;
- or reload the page. Because nothing was remembered, the button is simply back.
No preference screen is needed and there is no setting to manage. There is nothing to manage.
Why there is no cookie banner
A banner exists to ask for consent before something is placed or loaded. On this site nothing requiring consent happens before your click, and the one action that does require it asks for consent on the spot. A banner would add nothing.
This follows from how the site is built, not from an exemption being claimed. As soon as analytics, a widget, a video or any other external service is added, the consent question returns and this cookie policy is updated together with the privacy policy before that service goes live.
Links to other websites
The site contains ordinary links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. Those links load nothing until you click them. If you do click, you leave this website and the terms and cookie policy of that party apply.
