Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 — 4 September 2026
Optimus Massage collects as little about you as possible. This website has no contact form, no accounts, no newsletter and no analytics package. This policy sets out what is processed anyway, why it happens, how long it is kept and what rights you have.
This is a translation for convenience. The Dutch version is the binding text.

No payment can be made through this website. The treatment itself may require additional information, for example about complaints or injuries. That is discussed in person or by message and is not processed on this website.
What explicitly does not happen
- No web analytics, no Google Analytics, no tag manager and no tracking pixels.
- No advertising networks, and no sale or exchange of data with third parties.
- No profiling and no automated decision-making.
- No contact form, no account, no ordering process and no newsletter.
- No cookies of our own and no other storage in your browser. See the cookie policy.
- No fonts, images or scripts from external servers. Everything is served from our own domain.
As long as you do not click the map button, your browser makes no connection to any third party during your visit.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare, Google and Meta are United States companies that may process data outside the EEA. Those transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
The transfer to Google happens only after you click the button to load the map yourself. If you do not click, nothing goes to Google.
Retention
Messages and contact details are deleted 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer statutory retention period applies. Records covered by Dutch tax law are kept for the statutory period of seven years. Log data at the hosting provider is managed by that provider. A review that is shown stays for as long as it is displayed on the site.
Reviews
The home page carries a selection of the reviews visitors published publicly on Google themselves. The texts are reproduced unaltered; only the surname is left out and the profile photo is not shown. Nothing is requested from Google at the moment you visit the page.
Are you the author of a review shown here and would you rather it were not? Send a message to optimus-massage@hotmail.com and the review will be removed. You do not have to give a reason.
Security
The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The site itself stores no personal data: there is no database and no login. Messages you send arrive in the owner’s ordinary, password-protected mailbox and phone.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- have processing restricted;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a commonly used format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was processed before the withdrawal.
Send a request to optimus-massage@hotmail.com. You will receive a reply within one month. To prevent data reaching the wrong person, additional confirmation of your identity may be requested.
If you disagree with how a request is handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If a service is added to the website, this privacy policy and the cookie policy are updated before that service goes live. The version you are reading and the date it was adopted are shown at the top of this page.
