Services and rates
Rates are published on the website and include 21% VAT. No contract can be concluded through this website: there is no booking system and no way to pay. An appointment is arranged by agreement, via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. For that reason there are no terms and conditions for online orders and no online withdrawal function. Conditions do apply to the treatment itself; they are set out in the terms and conditions.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a treatment or with how an appointment was handled, get in touch directly at optimus-massage@hotmail.com or 06-12757833. Complaints are handled personally.

How personal data is handled is set out in the privacy policy. What is stored in your browser is set out in the cookie policy. In short: nothing, unless you load the Google map yourself.
